CFC Unveils New Uniforms
Chattanooga-(WDEF) The CFC’s new season is just around the corner.
This year the team will play on a new artificial turf at Finley Stadium, and they’ll also get to play in new uniforms.
The team held a press conference to show off the new uniforms.
Some of the jerseys will include a collar.
The CFC gave opponents ring around the collar last season, going all the way to the NPSL national title game.
One player believes the new uniforms are just another example of the team’s commitment to excellence.
Said forward Chris Ochieng,"We have the best set-up in the country. You can tell from the success that we have had and the job our technical guys are doing. So I guess we are attracting the best. That’s why we attract the best talent around. So we are fortunate to have this. That’s why we always get the best stuff."
The CFC will open their season on Wednesday, May 13th by hosting the Ocala Stampede in the U.S. Open Cup starting at 7:30pm.
