2nd Woman Charged in Tax Crackdown on Dalton Business

Dalton (WDEF) – A second suspect has been charged in a state crackdown on tax collections at a Dalton business.

Our media partner, the Dalton Daily Citizen, reports that 41 year old Charmarie Delayne Sproles was arrested on Wednesday.

Georgia Department of Revenue investigators are looking into TRP Partners LLC.

The company finds temp work for people.

Investigators accuse the company of collecting taxes from those workers, but not sending them on to the state.
