LFO Beats Coahulla Creek 71-70 in Overtime to Claim Region Title

Fort Oglethorpe, GA-(WDEF-TV) LFO edged Coahulla Creek 71-70 in overtime on Tuesday night to win the regular season region title. The Colts Aubree Langley scored on a put-back with 30 seconds left in regulation. She was fouled and made the free throw to tie the game at 61 and send it into overtime. In the OT period, the Warriors Christen Collins hit two free throws with five seconds left to provide the final points of the game and give LFO the 71-70 win.
