Notre Dame Introduces New Football Coach Brent Hill

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) Notre Dame introduced new head football coach Brent Hill on Thursday.
He replaces Charles Fant.

It’s a bit of a homecoming for Hill, who is a UTC graduate.

He was the head coach at a christi

an school in Tallahassee, Florida, but he has coached in Tennessee before, even winning two state titles.

He’ll try to make the Irish successful with a high octane offense.

Said Hill:”I like to get the ball snapped every 15 seconds, and I’ve been fortunate. I’ve been mentored by some great coaches. Hugh Freeze is a great mentor. He did a great job. I was only with him one year. Then I’ve spent some time with some other coaches. Neil Brown up at West Virginia. Then there are some other ‘Air Raid’ guys that I have spent time with. We are an ‘Air Raid’, but I also run the ball, which is a little bit different.”
