Man Faces Molestation Charges for Nude Pictures of Teen Girl

Dalton (WDEF) – A Dalton man is facing serious allegations after authorities say he took nude photographs of a teenage girl.

32-year old Jody Raby is facing one count of electronic pornography and one counts of child molestation.

According to the Whitfield County sheriffs office the investigation into Raby began a week ago after a complaint was filed.

According to detectives, Raby denied the accusations but later confessed after detectives found pornographic images of the teenager on his cell phone.
