Boy Spends Three Weeks Putting Together Shredded Bill

A Japanese boy spent three weeks putting a 10,000 yen bill back together.

The bill was accidentally put through a paper shredder, according to X user Tomo. The boy took the pieces out of the garbage and put it together like a puzzle with the hope of being able to take it to the bank to replace.

Tomo used a whole 10,000 yen bill as a reference. At the end of March, Tomo took what he had to the Bank of Japan, and received a brand-new replacement.

10,000 yen is worth about $64 American dollars. (Oddity Central)
