Building, vehicle catch fire on Pattentown Road Monday morning
HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Local firefighters battled a blaze in an outbuilding behind a home on Pattentown Road on Monday.
The Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department arrived on scene just before 9 a.m. in the 3000 block of Pattentown Road. The building was fully engulfed in flames, and a nearby vehicle was on fire as well.
Firefighters said the residents’ home was endangered by the building and vehicle fire.
Tri-Community VFD, Chattanooga Fire Department and Hamilton County EMS all responded to the scene.
Authorities are investigating to determine what caused the fire.
