Snake Causes Hong Kong Train Evacuation
A commuter train was evacuated in Hong Kong during the Monday morning rush when a snake over a foot long was seen on board. Police say the train was evacuated at Admiralty station at 7:37 a.m. after passengers spotted a California king snake. Fortunately, this species is non-venomous. After being captured in a cardboard box, the serpent was brought to Kadoorie Farm to receive care. (UPI)
