Filipino gymnast Carlos Yulo is the first Olympic gold medalist in the history of the Philippines, and he’s going home to a hero’s welcome! According to local companies’ posts on X, Yulo will receive a lifetime of free buffet meals from Vikings, a fully-furnished two-bedroom condo from Megaworld Corporation, lifetime free food and drinks at Tipsy Pig locations, and a lifetime of free colonoscopies from Dr. Virgil Lo. He will also receive a lifetime of free Bok Double Double Boxes from Bok Korean Fried Chicken. The government will also give Yulo $52,000 dollars for his accomplishments. (NBC Olympics)
