Multiple people injured in Highway 127 wreck near Crossville
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A police chase ended in a car crash on the morning of September 23, 2024, near Crossville.
Crossville Fire and Rescue (CFR) reported the crash occurred at a Circle K on Highway 127, around 7:30 a.m.
CFR also reported five people had been injured, with three being airlifted to a hospital.
After Tennessee Highway Patrol’s preliminary report, Donnel Johnson was involved in a police chase when he hit another car attempting to turn into a Circle K.
The report continues, saying debris hit two individuals near the entrance of the gas station.
