Chattanooga Police make second arrest in Eastgate Loop homicide

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) —  Chattanooga Police (CPD) have made a second arrest in the Eastgate Loop homicide.

Evidence presented to a Hamilton County Grand Jury led to a return indictment for Jadarius Conyers, and now Dominique Jones.

Jones was already being held at the Catoosa County Jail in Georgia for unrelated charges.

He will be extradited back to Hamilton County.

Conyers was located by CPD’s Fugitive Unit in Cleveland.

He was arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail & Detention Center.
