Student charged over bomb threat at Soddy Daisy High

SODDY DAISY, Tennessee (WDEF) – A student has been arrested on charges of making a bomb threat at Soddy Daisy High on Thursday.

The Sheriff’s Office reports that the school resource deputy was made aware of the threat.

After getting several witness statements, they say the student suspected of making the threat was uncooperative.

Even so, they charged the suspect with Threat of Mass Violence.

The Sheriff’s Office says there is no threat to any of the students or faculty at this time.
