Rossville man convicted of murdering his live-in girlfriend
ROSSVILLE, Ga. (WDEF) — A Rossville man was recently sentenced after murdering his live-in girlfriend last year.
On the morning of October 5, 2023, Christopher Bullock shot and killed his live-in girlfriend over financial issues.
Bullock also shot himself in the side of the head, attempting to take his own life.
The victims 7-year-old grandson found Bullock with the gunshot wound to his head after returning from school.
According to the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, Bullock sent “good-bye” text messages to friends and family before the incident occurred.
Bullock was arrested and charged with Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony.
He pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced December 5, 2024.
