Nashville man charged with kidnapping two Soddy Daisy girls
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF) — Nashville Police have charged the man that kidnapped two girls from Soddy Daisy over the weekend.
Isaac Schellsmidt faces charges of kidnapping, statutory rape, solicitation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Police reports say he contacted the 12 and 13-year-old girls online.
They say he picked them up here on Sunday and then drove them to his home in Nashville.
The report says he sexually assaulted one of the girls.
Both have recovered and have since returned home.
