Alleged Bank Robber Used Painted Water Gun
A New Jersey woman has been accused of robbing a bank using a water gun as a weapon. Officials say suspect Ciara Brascom brought the squirt gun, which was painted to look like a pistol, to a TD Bank in Princeton and made off with $60,500. Brascom has reportedly admitted that “certain [unspecified] financial difficulties fueled her” to commit the crime. “She stated that the store lacked such a toy gun, so she instead purchased a pack of water pistols and can of black spray paint to make it look more realistic,” the criminal complaint alleges. Brascom faces up to 20 years in prison. (AOL)
