Free CARTA Bus Ride Today to Dump The Pump
Chattanooga (WDEF) – This is Dump the Pump day across the country.
And CARTA is participating by offering free bus rides on Thursday.
The American Public Transportation Association created Dump The Pump day to remind drivers they can leave their cars at home when gas prices rise.
