Update: Female shot in drive-by shooting
Update: Chattanooga Police say the victim is 67-year-old Regina Hughes.
Hughes told police she was asleep in her residence when she woke up to a sharp pain and then heard multiple gunshots coming from outside.
No suspect information is available at this time.

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF)- Chattanooga Police say a woman was shot in a drive-by shooting this morning.
It happened at 3:19 Sunday morning on 4700 Midland Pike.
The victim was transported by HCEMS to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
No suspect information is available at this time.
It is unknown if this shooting is related to the male victim that arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound.
Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
