Three arrested in Murray County following a drug trafficking investigation

 

MURRAY COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) —  Three Murray County residents have been arrested following recent narcotics investigations by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).

Kevin Langford was arrested after investigators executed a search warrant at his residence.

Authorities found approximately five ounces of methamphetamine.

He faces charges of Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute.

Jimmy and Amy Mantooth were arrested with assistance from the Dalton Police Department.

Authorities discovered 14 grams of fentanyl powder, 13 grams of fentanyl pills, and various drug-related objects in their possession.

They have been charged with Trafficking in Fentanyl, Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug-Related Objects.
