United Continental Flights Grounded Wednesday Morning

(CNN) United Continental flights are back in the air now after being grounded for about an hour and a half.

Computer problems were forcing employees to hand write tickets for passengers at multiple airports.

The ground stop was lifted at 9:47 AM.

NEW YORK (AP) – All United Continental flights in the U.S. are currently grounded due to computer problems.

United said Wednesday that it is working to resolve the problems, which are related to "network connectivity."

The Chicago company did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
