Cleveland Police investigating illegal dumping of tires and dog Remains
CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) — Cleveland Police are investigating a case of illegal dumping after tires and containers of deceased dogs were discovered in a wooded area near an apartment complex.
Officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of Keri Lane following a complaint.
The caller directed authorities to a cleared area behind the complex where the dumping had occurred, along with the discarded tires and totes containing dog corpses.
According to the Cleveland Police Department, officers also noted several makeshift tents in the area, suggesting possible vagrant activity.
Police are now seeking information from the public.
