Uber’s Lost And Found Items Include Live Turtle, Chainsaw

Uber released its 2025 Lost & Found Index listing bizarre items left in ride-share cars, such as a mannequin head with human hair, a live turtle, and a 5-gallon bucket of beans. Commonly forgotten items like phones and keys were also reported, with New York City deemed the “most forgetful city.” Unique finds included a chainsaw, Ghostbusters ghost trap, fresh breast milk, live lobsters, and even passenger divorce papers. Food items like 175 hamburger sliders and a “bucket” of feta cheese were noted. Camiel Irving, Uber’s VP of operations, highlighted the importance of reuniting riders with lost belongings and emphasized the ease of assistance through the Uber app. (UPI)
