Notre Dame’s E.J. Carter to Play Ivy League Football at Penn

Notre Dame running back E.J. Carter’s senior season was cut short due to an ACL injury.

But that injury won’t be the last time Carter plays on a football field.

He has signed to play college football in the Ivy League at Penn.
