Another Cleveland high school quarterback has transferred across town.

Chase Stephens left the Blue Raiders for Walker Valley in the spring, and he’s the Mustangs starter at the moment.

Last year Cash Bandy transferred from Cleveland to Bradley Central. Stephens brings experience and a good arm to the Mustangs.
