Man pleads guilty in road rage shooting near East Hamilton High School
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A road rage incident near East Hamilton High last year has ended with a guilty plea.
Michael Jason Holloway pleaded this week to a charge of reckless aggravated assault.
The incident involved a group of motorcycles following a family vehicle almost a year ago.
Investigators say that after they got into a confrontation, one of the motorcyclists opened fire at the vehicle without hitting anyone in it.
Catoosa County authorities stopped Holloway a couple of hours later and found a handgun on him.
He was sentenced to probation.
