NPSL Honors CFC Coach and Goalie

Since the Chattanooga FC has advanced to the NPSL national title game, it’s not surprising to see CFC players and coaches receiving league honors.

On Wednesday, head coach Bill Elliott was named the NPSL Coach of the Year as voted on by the league coaches.
Elliott guided the CFC to a 17-2-1 record.
And then goalie Greg Hartley won the Golden Glove award, which goes to the league’s top goalie.
Hartley had nine shut-outs this season.
The CFC is also reporting on their twitter account that they have already sold 5,000 tickets to Saturday night’s national championship game against the New York Cosmos.
The game goes down at 7:30pm at Finley Stadium.
