House Majority Leader Gerald McCormick announces legislation to help terror attack victims’ children
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – House Majority Leader Gerald McCormick filed legislation Wednesday to help the children of the four Marines and one Sailor killed in the Chattanooga Terror attack.
The Chattanooga Republican filed H.B. 1407.
It would provide in-state tuition at any Tennessee Board of Regents system for children of military parents who die as a result of a targeted attack on Tennessee soil.
