Rhea County Man Sentenced for Child Pornography
Chattanooga (WDEF) – A federal judge has sentenced a Dayton man to serve 27 years for Child Pornography.
Jonathan Eugene Loper pleaded guilty in February.
He was trading pornography with someone in Canada and posting it on the internet for downloading.
Loper got time added to the sentence because of a prior conviction in Rhea County for attempted aggravated sexual battery of a minor.
