Sex Offender Apprehended in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. — Registered sex offender Nixon Rubilio-Mayen has been apprehended with a final order of deportation.

Rubilio-Mayen was taken into custody without incident and is in the custody of Homeland Security Investigators.

“I am extremely thankful for the strong working relationship we have with our federal partners.  Cooperation with agencies like Homeland Security Investigations allows us to better protect our community and ensure those who pose a threat to public safety are held accountable.”
