Overturned tractor trailer on HWY 27 slows down traffic
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – An overturned tractor trailer has blocked lanes on the exit ramp to Signal Mountain on US-27.
The incident was reported by Tennessee Highway Patrol at around 6 a.m.
