ArtsBuild Adds Christina Sacco as Arts Impact Coordinator

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — ArtsBuild has announced they have added Christina Sacco as the organization’s Arts Impact Coordinator.

They say in this new role, Christina will lead ArtsBuild’s advocacy efforts, developing and implementing strategies for public and legislative support, strengthening civic engagement within the nonprofit arts sector, and promoting arts-related policy initiatives.

“Chattanooga’s strong art community is central to why I made this city my home. Working and living here, I’ve seen firsthand how arts play an integral role in building and strengthening communities. I am thrilled to be a part of an organization that’s dedicated to supporting and furthering such an essential part of everyday life.”

She will also serve as the primary connection to Tennesseans for the Arts and Americans for the Arts.

Christina will lead new advocacy initiatives with a workshop series and a committee for both arts organizations and the public, according to ArtsBuild.

She will also coordinate local advocacy events, including Arts Week and Arts Advocacy Day in Hamilton County.
