Update: Accidentally Released Inmate is Now in Custody

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF)-Brenen Andrew Murphy is now in custody after the Chattanooga Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration arrested Murphy earlier this evening.

Murphy was accidentally released Sunday morning from Silverdale Correctional Facility.
