Deputies Investigate Shooting at Jenkins Road Apartment

Chattanooga (WDEF) – A neighbor tells News 12 she heard several gun shots at the Standifer Place Apartments in the 3400 block of Jenkins Road.

She said she then witnessed a person being placed into an ambulance and hauled off to the hospital.

We do not yet know how seriously the victim was wounded.

Hamilton County Sheriff investigators are still on scene gathering evidence.
