Driver Indicted for Dragging a Pedestrian Four Blocks

Chattanooga (WDEF) A grand jury indicts Peter Marcellis in connection with the death of a pedestrian back in the spring.

On April 17th, 22 year old Levi Youster was hit around 1:40 AM on Cherry Street.

He was dragged four blocks, but survived.

Now Marcellis faces charges of DUI, Vehicular Assault, aggravated Reckless Driving, Driving on a Suspended License and going the wrong way on a one way street.
