The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the male shown in the picture above or video here.
They say this individual was captured on surveillance footage entering multiple vehicles and committing theft in the Peppercon Lane area.
These incidents occurred in Catoosa County.
This is an ongoing investigation.
