Baylor’s Elizabeth Silva Named News 12 Scholar Athlete of the Year

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) Baylor senior soccer star Elizabeth Silva has accomplished quite a lot during her time with the Red Raiders. Now she can add another honor to her list.
