Cleveland keeps firefighter tradition alive
Cleveland is keeping an old firefighter tradition alive.
Back when they used horses to pull fire equipment, they had a tradition for putting up the equipment.
Firefighters would wash the apparatus and then push it into the station.
This week, Cleveland firefighters kept that tradition alive when they took charge of a new Engine.
They washed it down and then all the firemen pushed the big truck into the fire house.
We guess the firefighers are glad they don’t have to do this every day.
