Cleveland Firefighter Charged with Public Intoxication
Cleveland (WDEF) – Deputies say a wild Labor Day Weekend landed a Cleveland firefighter in court on Tuesday.
22 year old Cody Aaron Vaughn was charged with public intoxication and providing alcohol to an underage woman.
Our media partner, the Cleveland Daily Banner, reports that he pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
Bradley County deputies were called to a home on Sunday where the homeowner was holding a prowler at gunpoint.
The resident said that Vaughn was doing donuts on a four wheeler on his property and flipped it.
