Georgia gas tax to end Tuesday

Governor Kemp says he will NOT extend the gas tax suspension in Georgia.

The suspension is scheduled to end at midnight on June 2, 2026.

It has saved drivers around 33-cents a gallon over the last two months.

We should see prices go up again around Georgia within a few days.
