Officials rename I 40 bridge in honor of President Trump
DANDRIGE, Tennessee (WDEF) – The Secretary of the Treasury is coming to East Tennessee today to unveil a bridge named for the President.
They are renaming the I-40 Douglas Lake Bridge to the Donald J. Trump Bridge.
It crosses the French Broad River east of Knoxville.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will be joined by Tennessee Republican lawmakers Marsha Blackburn, Bill Hagerty and Tim Burchett.
The ceremony begins at 11:00.
