Rock City announces 6 listening sessions amid gondola concerns

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Rock City Enterprises has announced a series of 6 community open house meetings.

The proposed gondola has drawn opposition from neighbors on the mountain and in the valley.

Rock City recently released the entire traffic study to the public and is also planning to release reports regarding noise levels, safety data, environmental concerns, and sewer infrastructure to the community.

They say due to the large amount of information involved, each report will be made available to the public thru media releases leading up to the meetings.

They say each meeting will encourage residents to provide input that will be documented for consideration into Rock City’s planning efforts.
