Have You Seen This Man Accused of Beating His Dog?

Chattanooga (WDEF) – We have an update now on a story we first told you about yesterday at noon involving a man who was arrested for alleged animal cruelty.

The Hamilton County Humane Educational Society along with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office want you to get a good look at 25-year old John Huyck.

He bonded out of jail yesterday morning but is refusing to hand over a pit bull he’s accused of physically abusing.

Officers have been trying to get the dog into protective custody but can’t seem to find Hucyk or the dog.

Hucyk was arrested two days ago after an animal control officer caught him punching a pitbull.
