Armed Robbery in Lakesite

Lakesite, TN (WDEF)- Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Lakesite to investigate an armed robbery of a business on October 12.

When deputies arrived they found the suspect had fled the scene.  The victim reported that a white male entered the business wearing a black bandana around his face displaying what she believes was a firearm.  The suspect demanded the keys to her car and the cash from the register.  The victim complied with the suspect’s demands and the suspect drove off in her car with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing khaki cargo shorts, a gray zip up hooded sweatshirt and white shoes with red laces.

The stolen car is a 2002 Silver Nissan Maxima, the license plate reads 465XZY TN.
