Update on Murder of Tyler Worth

He says 27-year old Jody Alan Hughes is now in custody.

Hughes faces charges of First Degree Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping and Tampering with Evidence.

They believe he fatally shot Tyler Worth three times in the back as he ran.

Three other people are in custody facing accessory charges.

Police are still looking for a fifth suspect, 31 year old Gus Roy Hawkins.

The sheriff says the investigation continues into Worth’s death.
