Former South Pittsburg Housing Authority Exec. Dir. arrested

South Pittsburg, TN (WDEF) -The former Executive Director of the South Pittsburg Housing Authority is out on a $10,000 bond after his arrest Tuesday night by Marion County deputies.

60- year- old Terry Case was indicted by a grand jury earlier this month.

He faces charges of misusing Housing Authority funds

Case now serves as Chairman of the Marion County School Board and was Executive Director of the Housing Authority for more than 8 years.

He’ll be arraigned Friday morning in Marion County Criminal Court.
