Signal Mountain man accused of multiple sex crimes

SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tennessee(WDEF) – A Signal Mountain man is in some serious trouble after he was arrested on several sex charges involving a minor.

Robert Haggard, 23, was booked into the Hamilton County jail on 10 criminal charges including:

•      Two counts of statutory rape.
•      Two counts of exploitation of a minor
•      Child endangerment.

He was already on probation for a drug conviction at the time of his arrest.
