2nd Twin Boy Dies from New Year’s Eve Wreck in Winchester

Winchester, TN (WDEF) – An already tragic New Year’s Eve crash in the small town of Winchester got worse over the weekend.

Seven year old John Hill died from injuries he sustained in the crash.

His twin, James, died on Thursday.

The Hill family was in an SUV at a traffic light on Dinah Shore Boulevard Thursday morning, when a car hit them at a high rate of speed.

Their SUV spun and hit another vehicle.

The 83 year old driver of the car that started it all was also killed.

An elderly woman who was a passenger was also injured.

As were the twins’ parents.

Friends of Aaron & Lynetta Hill have set up a Go Fund Me campaign for the parents who lost their twin sons.

In just two days, it has raised more than $14,000 of the $20,000 goal.

More than 240 people have donated so far.
