Updates on 2 New Walmart Neighborhood Markets

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Walmart announces milestones for two more Neighborhood Markets in the Chattanooga area.

The Middle Valley Road location will hold a grand opening on Wednesday, January 13th.

The ribbon cutting begins at 7:30 AM followed by festivities all day, including free samples from vendors.

The new store is at 7636 Middle Valley Road.

The company also plans to open another Neighborhood Market at 4110 Shallowford Road this winter.

Employees have begun stocking the shelves.

“With major construction complete, we’re in the home stretch for our grand opening,” said store manager Silke Wohlrab. “We’re proud of our new store and look forward to welcoming members of the community to come visit us.”
