Chattanooga Firefighter arrested for DUI

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Firefighter Lt. Jerry Lee is on paid Administrative Leave with pay after being arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol over the weekend for driving under the influence.

Officials with the Chattanooga Fire Department say Lt. Lee will remain on paid leave until CFD gets the police report confirming the arrest.

After that he will be put on Leave Without Pay until his case is resolved.
