Chattanooga Man arrested for December Shooting

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF)-Chattanooga Police arrested Frederick Michael Vick in connection to a shooting from December 2015.

On December 24th, 2015, the Chattanooga Police Department investigated a shooting outside the Kangaroo Mart at 5501 HWY 153. According to the arrest affidavit during the investigation police reviewed the store’s surveillance footage that showed someone firing several shots from a dark colored vehicle in the direction of Kenneth Redman and his pregnant wife. Redman was injured during the altercation.

Redman was later able to identify Frederick Michael Vick as the shooter.

When Vick was taken into custody officers found Xanax and Oxycodone in his possession.

Vick is being charged with Attempted First degree murder, Aggravated Assault along with Possession of Xanax and Oxycontin for resale.
