2 Arrests Made in Chickamauga Battlefield Body Investigation

Fort Oglethorpe,GA (WDEF) THe GBI says a man and a woman from New York have been taken into custody and charged in connection with the death of 59-year-old Duane Hollenbeck.

Hollenbeck was found dead inside the Chickamauga Battle Field National Park on December 12, 2015.

Agents arrested 38-year-old Robert Brooks Thursday evening(Jan. 21) in Knoxville.

25-year-old Jennifer DeMott was arressted and charged on January 12th.

New York State Police had been investigating Hollenbeck’s disappearance from his Dryden, New York home, prior to his body being found in the Georgia national park.
Brooks will be extradited soon to Fort Oglethorpe.
